Core Conditioning small group training
Monday and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm
Core strengthens your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities. These muscles act as stabilizers for the entire body. A great core will provide your body with improved balance, greater base for strength work, and ability to perform functional day to day activities without injury.
Time flies by and you will be on your way to a fitter, flatter and fabulous core!
Strength Full Body Small Group training
Thursday at 5:30 pm
Full body strength class works your major muscle groups. Strength training helps you increase and maintain muscle mass. Strength training will increase bone density. It will help you manage or lose weight and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.
You will increase your energy, tone your muscles, and feel fantastic!
